Flexible timing i like the most you can work from home if you want to the only thing that matters is your work if you are doing that on time then you will enjoy doing your job as BDA. Growth opportunities are there and everyday you will learn new things.

Dislikes

Less job security when it comes to season end and cost cuttings. Rest you will love working in urban clap.

The whole company is a total mess and a toxic workplace to work at. I had the worst time there, it shaped my opinions about the industry which now is obviously not true because of how the culture is at other company. The managers in UC have no professionalism whatsoever. I was an intern at UC for two months but felt like a lifetime because of how the long working hours were and how toxic the place was</mark>. One day 5 other interns and I got a call from our manager at the end of day saying they don't have requirement for interns anymore so we can decide to leave or join other categories even though we had a month left on our contract. We did not recieve a formal notice or an email it was a 5 second call to one intern which was passed along to other interns to inform this. The company does not only treat their employees badly but even the partners who work at UC. when the partners are onboarded they have to pay a certain amount for training and after they are done with training partners buy kits to go on field and work however the company takes partners money and put them on hold for months to go on field or to even get training. Partners concerns and issues are blatantly ignored by the employees as well as managers. therefore I would really think twice before awarding UC the best company to work at.
