The company should value the VOE (VOICE OF EMPLOYEES) as there is no support on the situation where is process is getting hamper. The company just drive on the targets nothing much. Still they don't value their colleagues. The biggest drawback of the process that they don't work on points where they are lacking. There are hardly anyperks in the company. The perks are based on the targets which is actually the most annoying thing about the company. There is hardly any growth. No incentives there are incentives but they have set the bar that high on which hardly anyone have stood for because the process is not working gently. As the company is service provider in the market still they don't value the customers, which is most annoying thing about the company. I have being working in the company since a long time but there is no growth nor and increment in the salary. I hope the company reaches the place which they have desired for. Thank you....Read More

The job is quite interesting! But when the process is sorted, they just drive their work on one or the another. By this things are not sorted in the company.
