No job security at all, Too much Favourisim & politics, Seniors insults in front of all staff, when raised to HR No action is been taken, If you praise your reporting your PR is good or else......No growth,Even if we work hard no appreciation is been given, instead credit is been taken by seniors

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
