Very manager specific Politics No way to track your performance and PRs work 1 way here HR wont play a crucial role unless it gets to an extreme level Didnt have my performance considered for more than 6 months, where I played a crucial role in the projects because the manager was off for personal reasons and played a favourtism for the other team member who was trained by her for 6-8 months. 0 work-life balance - You'll be expected to work on all saturdays and sundays login for sometime atleast. Cost cutting & poor infra - They took 6 months to repair the office Wifi. The only thing you have at a city office is coffee machine and sometimes that is not working too for few months. The pay for junior employees is much lesser as compared to other companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Pharmeasy etc You might just feel numb sometimes, as there won't be any support from the senior management and you might just get stuck as a junior employee.
