Even after Performing well there is No job Security, Don't Join they treat you like a disposable item. They always finds a reason to remove you, if unable to find they will create one.

I was working as a sales associate for house painting category , I received the leads and have to visit customer house and prepare the quotation according to his needs and try to convenes the customer to close the deal.
