I worked as Administrative Assistant in contract.They have designated this post as Admin.Assistant/Data Entry Operator.But most probably u r not going to do that work.Pay is on daily basis and as on December 2019,salary per day is 850rs. Working hours is from 8:30am to 5pm.But most of the days work will go beyond 7pm.You know the meaning of slavery,if you work there.Many of the Permanent employees don't do much work.Btw,they are payed 100-400% higher than a contract person....Read More

Teammates-If u r hard working,the team mates(they call family) will have happy time. Training-No on job training is given in most of sections.Learn from experience. Job security-Nil.Use and throw. Career growth-doesnt exist.If u r good in something,they will add more work to you.But,no pay increase.Every 3-4 years they increase 10%, mostly you may not last for that. Work environment-Everything here is old.Practices, softwares.Really hectic to execute your work.They provide high end up to date PCs to bosses.Boss will ask you to do work in old windows xp PCs. Work life balance-In last 3+ years,I have never travelled anywhere, other than office. Saturday, unofficially they ask you to come.And they pay you less than your daily pay.At the end of the month,they forget that you have done Overtime whenever they asked for but they will reason with u,that everyone should get the overtime benefits equally,there by cutting down ur salary.
