CTG Package for freshers is too good and major part CTG is basic salary which they provide maximum high which helps to contri to PF more.

Dislikes

Management favouritism while promoting. They will enjoy the parties with company fund but when it comes to budget they layoffs employees saying revenue loss, which is unfair. Also we get hell increment.

This company is an absolute disaster. The politics here are toxic, with management playing favorites and completely disregarding anyone not in their inner circle. If you want to watch your career stagnate while others get promoted for doing nothing, this is the place for you. Job security? Forget it. You’re always one bad day away from being tossed aside. Salary on time. Flexible work from home though you must have physical presence for 3 days a week. Good for freshers to kickstart their career.

Managers and above are not technical nor functional. Most of them has literally no idea about what's happening in the application. Hikes and promotions will be a joke. Not much support for upskilling. Most of the days we will have late night calls. Job security is below average.

They just think employees are not humans they are robots. Nothing matter for them unless you admitted to hospital and submit the documents to make them believe you are doing really bad with your health. Very toxic.

please don't join this organization there is no proper management, those who work hard honestly they will give more work to them and promotion to other people who just coome to office act like they are working so hard and get promoted only because they have good connections in management managers don't even give feedback to you on your performance and keep setting expectations
