Good salary paid correctly every month. very good office location. Leaves are there but even difficulties in taking manager approval. They give free coffee, tea, some benefits you may like, nice new office, very fun events in office.

The work culture, mainly disrespect from manager and HR, any grievance we want to report, they foolish talk, HR not have understanding. Management does not know anything about technology manager working style or what they do on daily basis. There is less recognition I can see or some growth. The HR do lot of verfication checks before joining, we sharing documents multiple times. Monitoring is there, 6 months probation period is there, termination is there, favoritsm is there. There is lot of improvement require for them compare with IT industry.
