Terrible Supervisor, she don’t know anything. Does spelling mistakes in small words and no grammar she knows. Became supervisor just because spent 12 years here. Many like her. Need to change this promote within culture for fresh talent acquisition. Full politics. People takes credit of other’s contributions. Specially supervisors don’t do anything than torturing employees. No one in management knows anything about taking decisions here, they took WFH decision when cost is not in control but not when employees want. They Will exactly do opposite of what employees want. Full families are working in same company like a person her sister, sister’s husband, her own husband and many like that. They will ask you to do extra hours without OT, supervisor will ask TL to do extra hour without any shame because she don’t know shit about her work what to do....Read More

They just think employees are not humans they are robots. Nothing matter for them unless you admitted to hospital and submit the documents to make them believe you are doing really bad with your health. Very toxic.

This company is an absolute disaster. The politics here are toxic, with management playing favorites and completely disregarding anyone not in their inner circle. If you want to watch your career stagnate while others get promoted for doing nothing, this is the place for you. Job security? Forget it. You’re always one bad day away from being tossed aside. Good salary paid correctly every month. very good office location. Leaves are there but even difficulties in taking manager approval. They give free coffee, tea, some benefits you may like, nice new office, very fun events in office.

The work culture, mainly disrespect from manager and HR, any grievance we want to report, they foolish talk, HR not have understanding. Management does not know anything about technology manager working style or what they do on daily basis. There is less recognition I can see or some growth. The HR do lot of verfication checks before joining, we sharing documents multiple times. Monitoring is there, 6 months probation period is there, termination is there, favoritsm is there. There is lot of improvement require for them compare with IT industry. No job security, beware manager will toss you if manager diesntlike you ,he will put you to down,after 15 days ,HR will throw you in 7 days termination notice policy .If you are dont have another offer in hand, it may risk your career....Read More
