Uplers is an amazing company with a great work culture. The companies management and HR policies are the best and its a highly employee centric company. The attrition ratio no doubt is lowest because of the best working environment for professionals. It's in true sense a Great place to work in and achieving this feat for last many years.

I have the license to keep my professional attitude that helps me earn satisfaction. You get the support that you deserve, and the management understands your potential pretty well. Most important, it gives you the time that is needed to settle down with immense patience.

To be honest, you have to work extra hard for a few things like to visit your client site in a year that could be abroad. But it is not impossible if you have the capability to think out of the box.
