You can learn a lot from upgrad. They conduct several training sessions continuously which focuses on there product and employees skills as well.

Apart from learning there is nothing good in upgrad. No work-life balance we've worked 11-12 hours. No job security hire and fire is there policy. I don't know why companies nowadays are not believing in working with there employees instead they are just using people and changing one after another. I mean what is the point after investing this much on every employee giving trainings, developing skills and then you fire them. My first manager is good and i have enjoyed the work over there.

My manager who is an idiot started office politics. And started his favouritism named venkatesh madisetty. He asked me to work late night upto 9:30 and break only 30 mins in a day.he always ignored when ever i need a manager help.
