Regarding job security and work culture ,it was as good as in small scale PSUs. In early days,management was hard working ,sincere,dedicated, and responsible, Most of the management in later days evolved from within and performed average inspite of adverse situations.

Dislikes

Mismanagement in infrastructure work and remained dependent only on govt. orders which gradually subsided and became inadequate in later course for its survival

Work Details

Since beginning it was hard working, struggling remained dedicated through out . Overall work-life can be said good and satisfactory except in last few years.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
