Appraisals are not based on performance, but on sycophancy. The Plant Head hires their acquaintances without any knowledge or expertise. Those with experience and knowledge who work hard are not valued. Even when women need transfers, the Plant Head takes no action for two years. Meanwhile, the Plant Head easily gets their own transfer for personal growth.

Bossgiri(Bossism) is a Pride Here. Work culture : People abuse others to get work done. They'll bind the team at gate by not allowing to go outside after shift ends. Still in 90s Era: Higher Authorities only need YES BOSS pupil to work under them. If any one asks he'll be shifted to diff dept.
