position is primarily for maintaining & upkeep of electrical panels of HT/LT, DG Sets, Compressors, ETP, STP, WTP, Blow molding m/cs, Injection molding m/cs & other services like assembly, Lightings of the plant premises, safety system. The incumbent act as a guide & exhibitor for this purpose the position demands through knowledge & hands on experience on each activity define above. The incumbent holding this position must be good leader & target oriented. The incumbent is responsible for continuous monitoring of utility to make sure that there is no downtime on account of utilities leading to output produced from plant. The incumbent for this position must have good problem-solving ability of resolving the concerns of all user & internal customers. Ability to get along with the people & building rapport with other colleague at the same time the incumbent needs to exhibit the firmness in demanding about out put in terms of quantities & quality. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining & improving the housekeeping in his respective section.Reporting toHOD MaintenanceResponsibilities

• To monitor & upkeep daily records, ShiftWise, machine wise.

• To plan maintenance activities in his concern section.

• To monitor daily preventive maintenance schedule adherence 100%.

• To coordinate with OEMs in case of machine breakdown.

• To ensure that due care is taken while machine in operation.

• To ensure that there is no wastage of electrical energy & other resources like water.

• To ensure proper discipline in his/her work area.

• To attend to the basic requirements of his/her staff by coordinating with the other departments.

• To participate in small group activities/continual improvement projects/initiatives.

• To take spare stocks at different stages & ensure PO confirmation on time.

• To monitor of updation of PM & Break down data in system SAP.

• To Check the equipment list on daily basis, maintain the record & ensure that corrective action is taken where ever required.

• To ensure that moving parts of machines are guarded properly.

• To ensure that following electrical accessories of machines are in safe condition & not damaged, loose, hanging or laying in unsafe mode…

a. Electrical wiring
b. Power sockets
c.Electrical panel/Doors etc.

• To ensure that safety switches are not bypassed by the concern operator or the machine.

• To ensure that personal protective equipment is used by the concerned team where ever required.

• To ensure good house keeping in his concerned work area as per the 5S norms.

• To conduct the audit of respective work area, maintain the records & take necessary corrective action.

• To review the audit reports & take the necessary action to close the non-conformities & inform the auditors with necessary evidence.

• Regularly monitor the management portal about claim and its status.

• Prepare & update all IATF, OHSAS, Energy management & process related documents.

• Manage deviation records and follow-up for the committed actions at timely

• Maintain control records & documents like, Control Plan, Manuals, drawing, inspection & validation test report, etc.

Skill sets Planning & Analytical thinking/Communication/Team Building.
Knowledge of PLC/VFD
Knowledge of problem-solving tools,5s, MTTR, MTBF, POKA-YOKE, Six Sigma.Experience & Educational BackgroundEngineering Stream either Diploma/B.E. with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Blow molding, Injection molding & utility process systems and procedure with SAP system knowledge.
