Earlier they used to facilitate employees to work from home but now many managers don’t allow that.

Variable component of the CTC is quite high and is paid annually and that too after 2 months. Working hours are more than normal 9.5 hours and company transport drops you office 30 minutes early and leave office at least after 30 minutes. Total time spent at office is 10.5 hours
