It was great experience working at optum.. Can learn many things, good people and culture.employee will be given lot of care and good benefits. Except compensation I do not see a flaw in uhg.

Depending on the project and role,employee can learn or develop the skills. We will be able to understand health care domain extensively.

Dislikes

External training on few technologies like AI/ML needs to be improved.

Work Details

I worked as automation tester and was able to gain few technologies in my project. Overall it was great experience working on AS400 test automation & web services automation using cucumber ATDD framework.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Work we get, support from team members, new changes, chances to prove ourselves.. as a fresher I have joined here and it was best in all ways. Company culture is really good.

Dislikes

Nothing like that, if I get chance I will move back to UHG. I enjoyed working there

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
