Likes

A very good work environment, supportive staff and team, have ethics and culture. Good salary pattern as per UN system and comparatively outside market. Work and personal life balance is one of the major thing in UNDP. And Nice cafeteria.

Dislikes

As usual bit politics are there in some departments, lack of coordination between the teams.

Work Details

As UNDP mostly recruit experience candidates for the high level execution projects. However volenteers and management trainees will be helping to the senior/professionals in this case senior staff will be providing guidence to freshers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
