Its PSGI doing good for public and servicing towards public intetest. Job satisfaction and Job security is prevelent

Not having good PR in the HR department. Meritorious are sidlined by Association loyalties and Management is not supposed to bend to the associations in promoting good internal PR.

Government reservation policy may sometimes delay one's promotion: but same can be overridden with your exceptional performance & higher technical qualification. Another hiccup is your immediate boss should be cooperative & reliable one without any prejudice to your career growth. Notwithstanding, I do not find any such hurdling undercurrent.

I joined as Assistant in 1984 and promoted to Scale-I Officer in 2002 for want of my personal interest & any technical qualification. I completed FIII thereafter besides my English MA. I retired as Sr. Branch Manager with lot of satisfaction.
