I traveled all area of Pakistan for audit, I learn a lot there. But work life balanced was not maintained. Salary benefit average, but worst thing is bureaucracy style of working of senior. there is huge communication gap between boss and junior staff. Discourage the junior suggestion.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The UBL is open to innovation & readily adopts latest digital technology. I love the fact that I am a part of digital innovation .Originations is worthy giving appreciation but some crimnal elements are not working in the interest of origination. They are using miss use of their power. They are trying to harm the root of Ubl which may adverse the effect .
