I worked in VMS and CMM.. They'll provide you excellent training in CMM, PCMM, VMS and other inspection methods.. You can learn many things as a fresher.. Personally, I learned quickly and the training colleagues treats you good.

Dislikes

It's 3-shift based work.. Sometimes you've to work 12 hours and they won't provide OT for 3 months.. Also, you won't receive salary for first 15 days since they'll train you those days.. For those who are going to work in Portable CMM, they were sent to client's company and work-life balance would be so hard to maintain.. Work Details

I worked in VMS and CMM.. Since I'll be working in-house, I don't need to travel unlike Portable CMM trainees.. They'll provide you parts from various companies, and you'll do quality check which are in accordance with the part design
