I enjoyed working with Union Bank. I got an opportunity to work at various places/States in various capacity. Bank has a good culture and acceptability of its employee. Good training system, proper placement and appreciation to innovative ideas. Customer satsfaction is a motto of the bank. It's basic culture of bank to enrich customer satsfaction. I dont find anything adverse. Yes the culture is little conservative but it's in the interest of organisation and employees as well.
