All projects are old and need to work on bugs and enhancement so opportunity to learn from scratch. You can learn skills from seniors and Very good Team leads are there to back you at any tough situations and supportive(very few TL only do). Flexible work timing. Good appraisal(depends on your performance, Team and PM)

If you are a person who is really passionate to learn new things, scaling up your career in a very short time, and looking for huge exposure, this is the right organization.
