The constant pressure to work on tasks given immediately and expectations to complete it in 1-2 days. There is no proper processes in place for employee benefits and time keeping of tasks assigned.

We are given full freedom in how we work. Everyone is treated equally and with respect. The management team genuinely likes to see its employees succeed and grow. With my 9+ years of experience, I find Unimity to be the only organization where I find only positive-minded people who are looking to give their best and don't waste time speaking ill about anybody in or out of the organization.

There is nothing that I dislike about this organization, but I would like to convey my thoughts to people who are looking to Join Unimity. If you are a person who is really passionate to learn new things, scaling up your career in a very short time, and looking for huge exposure, this is the right organization. If you are a person who likes to have a very basic job, is not very keen to learn new stuff, not wanting to network and widen your horizon, is comfortable with what you know, and is not willing to learn new things, this is not the right place for you as you will not be able to survive here and it will be a waste of time for you and others...Read More
