Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

The company's name Uniglobe as it's called, actually represent a universal standard company. I mean, their employment terms and conditions are highly flexible enough to suit all qualified personnel. No bias, no racial or gender discrimination. All are treated fairly, based on qualification and experience. I also love the company'sculture, compensation and appraisal scheme. Dislikes

I dislike working under high pressure. Although not all the time, but most cases, high working pressure can do lead to errors and expensive mistake. I also don't like unjust punishment as well as partial execution of administrative rules and regulations. Rules are rules and it should exercise fairly, no matter the personality involved in the offense.

Work Details

Its a bit stressful and challenging. But its amazing doing the job in an environment that is well organized competing. A result demands job.
