I like the store but not environment becous all managers or senior peoples make life hell without any reason if you are doing grt work then also the poke you or try to fail you in every taste or give you law marks after all things you archive then also becous they not watch stuff and if they watch then also they are saying number in our hand our choice what we give what we not

Good work environment and culture but there have no job security. Teammates and team leaders are supportive but management not.Company policies are good,appraisals are unfair.

I tell you what? There's no central HR dept in UQ, that's why everyday every month they come up with new terms and conditions as per convenience. One case of Covid positive came up in a store and HR didn't speak a word to anyone or group plus they came up with solution of dividing teams and 5 days work and 5 days off in which, off 5days were a salary cut. Like WTH how can you pay cut your staff and managers who came to store for work during the times of WFH. Totally dump and deaf with a wooden heart....Read More

Nothing to like here, managers , management is so bad will not let you grow if you're not their favourite (manager)

Everything ,they only care about customers and their manager if you are below UMC (uniqlo manager candidate ) then you will be treated as peasants no respect from customer which we never expect also you won't get any respect from your management also. HQ (headquarter) staff also will look down you , anyone from HQ scold you for doing something not according to their standard.

It’s a suffocating environment, where Japanese treat you as their servants and can do anything. HR is like a puppet who follows orders and has no say.

Dislikes

Only Japanese are giving oppurtunities to lead, there are no growth opportunities for Indians. They are quite racist and HR does nothing even if you highlight. It’s toxic to the core. Do yourself a favour never join this company it will mentally ruin you
