All is good this company but .. I am looking for a job Uniqlo . Last age is 25 . How can mange . This is wrong. Because after 25+ employees are demotivated. So plzz i request plzz plzz hire 25+ candidate. Experience candidate hire.

The most i like the company culture and there vision to growth along with there USPs. Best in class working enviornment.

Worst thing about is their is poor working upper management, worst they don't think about the staff wellfare and there growth. The only thing they do is who is better in buttering.

Nothing to like here, managers , management is so bad will not let you grow if you're not their favourite (manager)

Everything ,they only care about customers and their manager if you are below UMC (uniqlo manager candidate ) then you will be treated as peasants no respect from customer which we never expect also you won't get any respect from your management also. HQ (headquarter) staff also will look down you , anyone from HQ scold you for doing something not according to their standard.

It’s a suffocating environment, where Japanese treat you as their servants and can do anything. HR is like a puppet who follows orders and has no say.

Only Japanese are giving oppurtunities to lead, there are no growth opportunities for Indians. They are quite racist and HR does nothing even if you highlight. It’s toxic to the core. Do yourself a favour never join this company it will mentally ruin you

One of the worst experience ever working with this brand. Its hire and fire company. Top level management has no clue what 1st UMC BATCH members are doing. Heavy favours are given to staff which are not even of that level to be promoted. Hard workers have no respect. Top level management really needs to take a command otherwise in India they will never be able to balance the undue favours. New generation should not waste their tym here as 1st batch UMC’s are still in play and they can never see anyone growing be it the junior itself. I have clearly wasted my tym here....Read More
