The Company is good for freshers to learn, but it is not a company to stay for a longer time. The management is too amateur in the process of working, but the culture is good with a working SOP!

Dislikes

The management is too amateur in their working process, the target chasing is little offbeat, the travel expenses are also into very strict limits compared to other companies. The increment level is also low.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
