Umano Healthcare is good growing & well known company in Gync, Ortho and general products. Teammates are supportive and management is also supportive. I have been working here since last 4 years and never faced any situation when i thought about to quit. Company has extended all support during pandemic situation gave work from home facilities with full paid salary to all employees. Important thing is they never hold salaries & paid salaries on time every month. Working culture and job security is excellent. Best place to work for women....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
