Management is good in terms of soft spoken, behavior.

Worst HR policies, there is no leave Managment, even having 250+ employees no company law.. No labour law is followed. No process of CL / EL / ML. No meal policy.. Even employees are said to carry drinking water with them. Staff is not allowed to use four Wheeler parking (specially in NEXA unit ). Unnecessary deduction in salary even on full month present, you will be forced to do other's job along with your own. Incentives are not paid where it reaches more than 15k. or paid after 4 to 6 months later with unnecessary deductions. Conclusion is if you have no family to feed....
