Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chillling .

Company training policy not good, Company policies are not good , appraisal are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year

Every facts was fine, company has high quality products so being a part it was nice. It has established itself in NE region and some parts of India. Colleagues were friendly so working was that easy.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
