I feel very happy I learn more about banking and I developed my skills but management side branch side over politics no support now but past my A.M somu sir give full support and ideas he analysis field activities but now no more still we know about field and support to CRO'S but I still miss this bank . Because this bank give me one royalty .

No support from supervisor's and no one analysis field. No leave in health issues time also even week end also working with out attandance.

For new employee and workaholic employee not suit for this organisation. Every old employee not proper support to new joiners. It's a complete sales job where you have to beg for account and FD ,RD,LI,HI everything even Demat.too much pressure from RH/CH they have their targets beyond their expectations. First of all no Brand name,no support from CH/RH they just keep on increasing your targets. I have seen employee crying also.People from other banks join as supervisor and keep their expectations at peek where the ground level employee have to suffer a lot BDE,AM,ET,AAM. Never join as sales in this bank , join as operations or cashier u will have a good work life.....Read More
