All the senior people at the higher level, especially everyone, do not listen to anything the candidates say. People working at the lower level have no value in this bank. Along with that, the seniors like branch managers etc.

but Here, old working employee is destroying everything thing by doing differentiations with Subordinate's or New employee. Creating high or very bursted level of political culture within organization's. As per my thinking, the Higher post employee or higher managers should have good education background for handling the verticals or in other thing also.

It's a complete sales job where you have to beg for account and FD ,RD,LI,HI everything even Demat.too much pressure from RH/CH they have their targets beyond their expectations. First of all no Brand name,no support from CH/RH they just keep on increasing your targets. I have seen employee crying also.People from other banks join as supervisor and keep their expectations at peek where the ground level employee have to suffer a lot BDE,AM,ET,AAM. Never join as sales in this bank , join as operations or cashier u will have a good work life.....Read More

previously was good but nowadays it's too much insecureness especially MSME secured vertical.

No work-life balance , once you joined ujjivan MSME vertical you will feeling insecure from day1. No one is care about you even you are doing excellent business. Nowadays using abuse language, shouting, Concall at night just disgusting. But other vertical is quite good .

Go find better opportunity than this. I felt very happy on my last working day not wondering about future due to I was stuck in toxin work culture
