Engineering Division Plant A2: Top management keeps shouting on juniors, this shouting culture is very common among them. Even VP level person will shout their lungs out. Working style is way too old than ancient civilizations. More interested to work on papers instead of computer systems. Not much into Engineering related to projects. Strict lunch time even if you have important meetings, outside the lunch timing the company gaurds will not allow you in campus with lunch box in hand. Very strict office entry time but employee have to stay late for 1.5 more hours. This may not be told in Interview but boss pressurise to stay late. There is no parking space in Uflex. Outside plant parking is under private agencies which charges amount from employees. Employee has to compulsorily take their costly Mediclaim policy and the premium gets deducted from Salary. It takes months to get your AC, system, furniture, etc repaired. Water cooler and RO will only work in winters. They dont give releasing letter during relieving. F&F takes 2 months. Going out of the gate for a minute requires permission from VP and Bussiness Head. Company and your boss will decide when and how much leaves of yours you can take. No coffee facility. Tea is yukk. Stationery is hard to get. Reimbursement for any Travel is unreasonable. Overall you own life will get destroyed due to over loading and unbalanced work life....Read More

After complete of 58 years, job extension is very bad policy. Old managers are not supportive so everytime feel job security is zero.

I have started here as an Officer and reached at AGM. I have been get the exposure of Accounts, PPC , Production which made me multi skilled. Work culture is excellent otherwise I would not have worked here for so long.

Dislikes

Over all I am not finding any disliking elements but there is some area which need to improve within the company. Employee welfare need to be more focused. All the employee need regular training in their respective work area to be multi skilled rather then the pick and choose policy.
