Job Purpose

Responsible for performing Production planning, Scheduling, Inventory control, MIS, Performance analysis and raw material and consumable procurement.

Accountability

1. Preparing Daily Production planning duly interacting with all stakeholders.
2. Optimize man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets.
3. Preparation of Monthly & Annual Budgets for raw material, consumable and Brought on consumption.
4. Understanding of Techno commercial aspect of supply Chain.
5. Special development projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.
6. Tracking of RM, Consumable and FG stock.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing production schedules and revisions when required due to design changes, material shortages, and RM and Consumable delays.
2. Collaborating with management, sales, production, and supply chain to ensure finished goods shipping deadlines are met.
3. Requisition and track inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
4. Report daily on manufacturing data such production rates and materials inventories.
5. Tracking and reporting on component liability based on client forecasting
6. Visits to manufacturing sites and inventory warehouses

Any Graduate.

Should have 03 to 08 years of work exp. in production planning and control.
