Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor/Senior Supervisor to handle operator/manpower management for the Chennai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 60 operators across various sites. This role requires a strong ability to manage, guide, and ensure smooth operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 60 operators across multiple sites in the Chennai region.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations, meeting organizational objectives.
• Handle operator allocation, daily scheduling, and team coordination.
• Provide guidance and training to operators to maintain high performance standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Be proactive in identifying and addressing any manpower or operational issues.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing operators/manpower in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of compliance and Industrial Relations (IR) will be an added advantage.
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) background is preferred. If not, the candidate should possess strong manpower management skills and a positive attitude towards team coordination.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience in handling diverse teams and operations is a plus.
