Its good to work with Uflex chem division, company have good HR policy and other policy. Need to more focus on employee welfare policy.

Dislikes

The head of EHS based at head office need to improve himself to treat his collegues . he is very negative thinking, dominating and criticizing to down line. You will loss your all learning and went in depression after listening his daily nuisance dialogues.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
