Nothing to like about uFaber. They promise u that ull be able to earn 20000-30000 per month. If u earn 10000 then ur one of the lucky lot. For the effort and time u invest in this job, u get peanuts. And that too u get paid late. If u want time pass, without monetary benefits, then this is for u. They are v good at keeping u bz withclasses/ master classes/ meetings etc. All in all a boring virtual picnic for 3000-5000 per month if u get 4-5 students....Read More

The company is open to innovation and the work atmosphere is extremely cordial and motivating. Hours of work are flexible and management is supportive towards the needs of its employees. Company policies are not too stringent and the work culture is the basis of work from home , which is an added advantage to the women of today.

Work pressure is high however compensation is also attractive and it is designed in a way to induce self-motivation in the employees.

The flexibility that ufaber endows one with is unseconded. The freedom to work as per your own interest and availability is the best thing about working with this organization. This organization has been, so far, unaffected by Covid breakout and hence there has been zero changes to support its staff or otherwise.

Dislikes

It would be great if the organization offered a proper growth channel or atleast a hierarchy and would clearly state the eligibility for a promotion(if any)
