No job security, they can threaten to terminate everyday. Unnecessary deductions. Salary is credited between 13-15th of every month, which is harsh if you have to pay EMI or bills. The HR team is on some kind of drugs, always asleep never responds to any issue. They make fake promised to clients and force the employees to do the same. Not all their service is good, you can get good service only if you talk to a good counselor, the chance is less than 2 percent. Forced to work for 12 hours. Everyday change is policy and process, no proper training provided. No FNF, just forget about it. No relieving or experience letter is provided. A very disoriented money centric firm. Everybody should get some time to set in an organization. After 1 week of training we're all sent for job role and within 4-5 days of working how can they terminate an employee that the employee is not obtaining the target. For an new joinee it will take minimum 2 weeks to get to know about work culture. They don't dare to give salary to the employees, they terminate employs before the salary date without giving a single rupees oh sorry rupee* This is the big scam. They utilize you for 1 month and when the time comes for salary, they will remove you before that. I recommend you to don't waste your time here....Read More

Nothing to like about this fraud company they won't even mention in your hiring process that you'll be pressurized by the department to bring 15k revenue or bring 3 sales or else you'll be terminated and no salary would be given

Lack of transparency and not even disclosing about work culture they fired 15-20 employees including me who just joined prior 15 days they just terminated and no FNF provided not even replying to mails
