there is nothing to like about the company or about working there

Dislikes

they have zero ethics. All they care about is money. They're greedy, right from the top management. they will go to any extent to cheat customers. Their products are mostly fake, they give fake demos ( assigning great trainers during the demo only), there is no life in work-life balance, it is only 100% work. the work environment ispathetic where everyone is just trying to steal leads from each other all are vultures, mainly the team leads. the employees get terminated without any notice. and when confronted, you stand to lose the remaining salary they owe you. My work at faber was brief. I worked for 8 months. Right from my training till the day i quit i found the company unethical, fraudulent and greedy. The Hr will force you to write good reviews on various platforms.
