So this company is supposed to be counselling students so I will tell you how I had applied to this job and they shortlisted my profile after which a lady called me and enquired about my family background as who all is in my family I gave her genuine details and I have 1 year old baby.. I could have lied to her but no I choose speaktruth. After know this she told we cannot hire you because you have baby. So this company is trying to convey a msg that mothers and housewife’s cannot work? What are they going to counsel the students to not to give women equal rights. Kids are the future and the are setting up the foundation stone only wrong and negative how will India grow. N ya one more point is that the lady who called me to interview dint know to speak properly. So how are they going to counsel the students how? Parents please think before your sabotage your kids future in wrong hands...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
