No job security, they can threaten to terminate everyday. Unnecessary deductions. Salary is credited between 13-15th of every month, which is harsh if you have to pay EMI or bills. The HR team is on some kind of drugs, always asleep never responds to any issue. They make fake promised to clients and force the employees to do the same. Not all their service is good, you can get good service only if you talk to a good counselor, the chance is less than 2 percent. Forced to work for 12 hours. Everyday change is policy and process, no proper training provided. No FNF, just forget about it. No relieving or experience letter is provided. A very disoriented money centric firm.
