It's a fake company it not only cheat trainers but also doing cheating with students .Mine 5 month salary is pending around Rs60,000 they are not ready to pay me .Its a worst company I have ever seen in my life.

All the trainers are very good. The students are also fun and interactive to teach. There is no explicit goal targets.

Salary has not been credited since June. Pathetic management. No grievance redressal mechanism for employees. Giving lame excuses in name of salary disbursement.

I am trainer at fluent life. I am associated with them since last 03 years. this is very useless company as they had not paid me my deducated 10% TDS amt. from salary, as well as they had not deposited the same to IT department. Even salaries are not coming regularly and now it is pending since last 04 months. USELESS company with no ethics .

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

They have not created my 24 days salary and incentives.Its around 6 months still they have not cleared my f&f. Following on email from 24th July 2023. Manager ( Amit GORAIN) ,HR (Yashika Daryanani) Not responding to mails. Brand head UPSC pathshala (Himani Verma) Asking to don't disturb. They have Terminated my without any notice or Information. Not even given my Relieving Letter.
