No job security, they can threaten to terminate everyday. Unnecessary deductions. Salary is credited between 13-15th of every month, which is harsh if you have to pay EMI or bills. The HR team is on some kind of drugs, always asleep never responds to any issue. They make fake promised to clients and force the employees to do the same. Not all their service is good, you can get good service only if you talk to a good counselor, the chance is less than 2 percent. Forced to work for 12 hours. Everyday change is policy and process, no proper training provided. No FNF, just forget about it. No relieving or experience letter is provided. A very disoriented money centric firm. I didn't get my salary for a month during my Full and Final settlement from the company. They responded to the mail but they never gave me my salary for that month after I resigned. It has been 3-4 months till I have written this review I didn't get the settlement.

This is the worst organization I've worked for. They will give you 4 days of training ( they gave us some videos, that's it, it's the training) and then you have to achieve their sales targets. After made you work for a month, they will terminate you without paying a single penny. This is total fraud company. Don't waste your time here.

The company is open to innovation and the work atmosphere is extremely cordial and motivating. Hours of work are flexible and management is supportive towards the needs of its employees. Company policies are not too stringent and the work culture is the basis of work from home , which is an added advantage to the women of today.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high however compensation is also attractive and it is designed in a way to induce self-motivation in the employees.

The transperancy..it seems everything is kept under wraps u won't know it if u won't face a situation or u don't go seeking it, normal things like access to company email as @ufaber.com supposed to be given to every employee but no.. And the incentive for demo trainer is way poor.. Very poor..
