The company is open to innovation and the work atmosphere is extremely cordial and motivating. Hours of work are flexible and management is supportive towards the needs of its employees. Company policies are not too stringent and the work culture is the basis of work from home , which is an added advantage to the women of today.

Work pressure is high however compensation is also attractive and it is designed in a way to induce self-motivation in the employees.

They must increase the hourly payments and perks for trainers as per industry standards. As of now it is too meagre. Work experience is pretty satisfactory.
