Old leadership was great. The current leadership is a bunch of jokers who have no idea on how to run a business. The mission is solid and you can see the impact Udacity creates globally.

Dislikes

Poor leadership and nepotism. If you want to work in a company that values merit, STAY AWAY. Here's an example: A manager in 2020 goes to do an MBA and joins the company as a board of director. She has no clue on how to even run small teams. The top performers are either removed with the excuse of layoffs or decide to leave voluntarily. They also lie of the %employees impacted by layoff.

Udacity has a very good habit of firing people. They fired the COO - Lalit in February 2020 and Ishan Gupta - Senior Director - Operations in March 2021. Everyone wants to be candid here however no one wants to speak the truth. Except a few folks, everyone is surviving because of their connections within the organization especially the student support leads.
