Nothing different from any fast paced startup.

Dislikes

Too much of politics is now gripping the company. Talents are not getting empowered rather than loby and closeness to decision makers are deciding your career path.

Work Details

Average. People who works hard get all the work..and those who are cunning taking advantage of that.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
