Very supportive managers, timely salaries, learning - since it's a start you not just do one thing at a time, to sustain here you gotta be a multi tasker

It's been almost an year I've been working with Udaan, yes I did learn a lot in this time but I don't see myself working here in the future, I absolutely do not recommend this company to you unless you are from IIM or other fancy brands

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
