At start of the company it was very much happy to work and very much growth we can see. After 1st wave of corona suddenly it was changed. Many Employees were removed. All Categories collaborated. Management is suddenly made so many restricted and work life balance is not maintain. In one word before 1st wave corona it was good and after that it was so changed.

Dislikes

Mainly said that after 1st wave so much changes. No work life balance even night 11 clock calls. Salaries new structure restricted with the policies. All were drastic changes.

worst services i never experienced no job security lot of politics it made my family to trouble me alot not even response from superiors, never expected to work as donkey even though working more than 14 hours day no satisfaction towards work, no proper response to Coustomers issues waste of time
