I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! There is security level is high.and it was nice place to earn money.if your just SSLC pass or 12 th pass .

Dislikes

Mostly they won't allow to sit more time .because we have to work 8 hours by standing and walking nly . because it's pocket and packer work as a operation exicutive.

Udaan has good employee polices. Udaan provides Excellent work life balance as it's a B2b organisation so there is not just in time hustle.

Dislikes

No matter how excellent performance you are, If you are not in good books of your manager then there are high chances of you being layed off. Survival in Udaan, mostly depends on your managers feedback and not on you talent and contribution towards organisation's betterment.
