The bad part about Uber is they keep all there employees in third party payroll and there if u are on the field work like customer support interaction between C2C Then there is no chance of getting promotion n all because they don't have any option to grow from customer support to the tier 1! One more bad part of Uber is life they all keep u under contract as because whenever they fell like cross cutting they put discrimination amoung the employees and laid them off the duty and settle all there salaries and laid them off whenever they want!...Read More
